Any personal information gathered is solely used for the purpose of processing and completing your order. Amelia Rose Jewelry does not share any customer information and all customer-provided personal information is kept strictly confidential. From time to time Amelia Rose Jewelry may send its customers information on upcoming events, but should you prefer not to receive any such communications please send an email to info@ameliarosedesign.com indicating your preference to opt-out.

Shipping:

All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground ("Standard Shipping"). As our jewelry is all hand-made, most pieces will ship within ten (10) days from order placement, therefore please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery receipt. Should any order or delivery delays be anticipated, we will promptly contact you. Amelia Rose Jewelry is also happy to work with its customers regarding expedited order requests and/or expedited shipping options, just contact us to discuss further. At this time we only ship domestically and unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery tracking is available upon request and Standard Shipping charges are as follows:

Up to 2 pieces - $7.95
3-5 pieces - $9.95
Over 5 pieces - $12.95

*Expedited/Overnight:

Additional shipping fee shall apply and will be determined during check out process. Please email shipping@ameliarosedesign.com or call us at 617-240-4114 to request expedited /overnight delivery. All overnight delivery requests must be received by 3PM (EST) Monday-Friday .

Sales Tax:

Massachusetts residents are required by law to pay a 5% sales tax applicable to all items purchased.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Amelia Rose Jewelry will issue a credit or honor an exchange within 14 days from original receipt. Prior to sending back jewelry please contact us by email at customerservice@ameliarosedesign.com, or by phone at 617-240-4114 to receive your return authorization number. No returns shall be accepted without first contacting us to receive such number. We take great pride in our hand-crafted items as well as customer satisfaction, and therefore we are pleased to offer repair services in the unlikely event damage occurs.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased on this website shall be valid for Amelia Rose Jewelry online and/or telephone purchases only and redeemable for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are sent electronically only, however we are happy to also send the Gift Card by mail with our signature gift wrapping should this be requested in the “comment” section at the time of checkout, there is no shipping charge for this service. Any unused amount on a Gift Card shall remain valid for future purchases only, however Massachusetts residents may request a refund on the Gift Card once the redeemed balance is at least 90% of its total value. A lost Gift Card may only be replaced with proper proof of purchase. When applicable, sales tax shall be applied at the time of redemption.

Gift Wrap

If your purchase is to be sent as a gift, please notify us in the “comment” section during checkout. We will provide our signature gift wrap as well as include your personalized message to the recipient.
