All orders are shipped via ground delivery ("Standard Shipping") for $8.00. Tracking links are emailed upon shipment to the email address provided at checkout. At this time Amelia Rose Design only ships domestically. Please note that extra manufacturing time may be required for certain pieces. Any special promotions will have specific lead times quoted on the product page. Most in-stock items should ship within 1 week.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
Except for any item(s) purchased during a special online sale (and specifically noted as FINAL SALE) returns for items purchased on this website only are accepted within 15 days of original receipt for merchandise credit only, Amelia Rose does not give refunds. Merchandise credit, which is valid at www.ameliarosedesign.com, will be issued and emailed electronically only after successful receipt of the returned order. If an exchange is preferred, please indicate such on the Merchandise Return Form and we would be happy to assist with processing the return and new order. Please note any exchange requires return shipping and processing be included for $7.95*, either by providing credit card information directly on the Return Form or by enclosing a check payable to "Amelia Rose Design, Inc." for such amount. We can only process returns for items purchased on our website and require that a copy of our Merchandise Return Form, available for download here, is filled out and included with the jewelry. Gift Cards purchased on this website shall be valid for Amelia Rose Design online and/or telephone purchases only and redeemable for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are sent electronically and/or by mail. Any unused amount on a Gift Card shall remain valid for future purchases only, however Massachusetts residents may request a refund on the Gift Card once the redeemed balance is at least 90% of its total value. A lost Gift Card may only be replaced with proper proof of purchase. When applicable, sales tax shall be applied at the time of redemption.
Massachusetts residents are required by law to pay a 6.25% sales tax applicable to all items purchased.
In the unlikely event damage occurs to your jewelry, Amelia Rose will repair your item free of charge within the first 6 months from purchase. After such time a $10 repair fee shall apply to any repaired item.
CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
With proper care your Amelia Rose jewelry will last indefinitely. Proper care includes storing your jewelry with anti-tarnish strips, in an air-tight jewelry container/box or sealed plastic bag. Be sure to take off your jewelry before exposure to water as well as any application of hair spray, perfume and/or hand cream. For jewelry cleaning tips, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
GOLD-PLATED AND GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY:
To ensure the lasting beauty of your gold-plated (including gold vermeil) and/or gold-filled jewelry please be sure to follow our guidelines here for proper care. Exposure to certain chemicals and jewelry cleaners can cause the gold plating to deteriorate. Be sure to remove your jewelry before applying, sunscreen, perfumes, lotions and/or any other beauty products or sprays. Gold-plated and gold-filled jewelry should never be worn while swimming. Should your gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry need to be cleaned, we only recommend using mild soap with water and a soft cloth to do so. Amelia Rose stands behind all our jewelry that is properly cared for.
