Thank you for visiting Amelia Rose!  Please take a moment to read the below terms and conditions related to this Good Morning America sale.

IN GENERAL: This special GOOD MORNING AMERICA promotion is valid through 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday 4/17/2015 and applies  to the featured necklace only.  NO PROMOTION CODES ARE VALID ON THESE PIECES.  Upon completion of your order you will receive a tracking link; please then allow up to five (5) business days to receive your order. In stock orders are charged today and 1-2 weeks should be expected for processing and shipping. Back orders are only authorized today; 3-5 weeks should be expected for processing and shipping and you will not be charged until just prior to shipment.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:  Please note the quantities for the necklaces in this sale are limited and items may sell out. In the event the necklace you wish to purchase is sold out you may choose to register to be notified (by clicking the dark green box that states "notify me when available" in the upper left-hand corner of the screen). By registering to be notified you agree to be contacted by Amelia Rose when the requested item is back in stock, however this is not a guarantee of future stock availability. Should you register to be notified we will extend the GMA special price upon availability.

PAYMENT PROCESSING:  All orders placed on our website are authorized right away and in stock orders are charged today.  Back orders are charged when your order is being processed just prior to shipping; this is typically 2-5 days before a tracking link is issued.  In the event the authorization of funds has expired we will contact you for the credit card information again.  Please note we only ship orders once complete, so orders containing in stock and back order items ONLY ship when ALL items are ready to ship and as such we will not charge your credit card until that time.

SHIPPING:
  All shipments for this sale will be made via USPS ground shipping.  As stated on each product page, shipments are made only when the entire order is complete.  Orders containing one or more backorder items ONLY ship when all items are ready, the lead time for such is within three to five (3-5) weeks.  Upon completion of the processing of your order you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. In the event your order contains multiple items with various shipping lead times (as quoted on the product page as well as in your order confirmation email), please expect to receive your entire order according to the longer lead time, if applicable.  Please allow some time for all shipping information to be updated by USPS after your initial ship notification is received.

FINAL SALE:  PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS IN OUR SPECIAL GMA SALE ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

The item I want is sold out, how can I still purchase it?  We have done our best to be well-stocked for this sale, however in the event your style is sold out, please REGISTER TO BE NOTIFIED by clicking the green box in the upper left hand corner of your screen.  When we are back in stock we will gladly contact you via the email address you register with and offer a one-time opportunity to purchase the desired product(s) at the special GMA price(s).

I  just placed another order, can this be combined with my first order? Due to our shipping processes we cannot combine orders after they are placed. In an effort to expedite GMA orders as quickly as possible we will be filling orders right away; therefore please confirm your selection(s) before placement.

I forgot to add something to my order, can Amelia Rose do this for me? Due to our secure payment processing, Amelia Rose does not have the ability to charge a customer's credit card or Pay Pal account, after an order has been placed. If you forgot to add something, please just place an additional order.

Does Amelia Rose offer gift packaging?  Yes!  Our Amelia Rose Ribbon Gift Boxes are available to purchase at checkout for $5 each.
